United Cadets Rec
United Cadets is a fun and engaging introductory soccer program designed for young players looking to develop their skills in a positive and supportive environment. This youth league meets twice per week (1 practice and 1 game) and focuses on skill development, teamwork, and building confidence while fostering a love for the game. Players are placed on teams and coached by trained The Plex coaches.
Uniforms are used year-round. Purchase once and use them for every session. United Cadets uniforms include 2 jerseys, 1 pair of shorts, and 1 pair of soccer socks.
Players register individually online or in person at The Plex. Families may request up to four friends to be placed on the same team, though requests are not guaranteed. There are no cuts, and players are placed on teams based on age and, in some cases, gender.
Girls jr academy aspire
Girls Junior Academy Aspire (U7-U10) is designed for young players seeking a more advanced developmental environment focused on building strong technical foundations and long-term player growth. The program provides professional coaching, age-appropriate technical training, and a structured curriculum that helps prepare players for future opportunities within the Girls Aspire pathway at Fort Wayne United.
Within the Girls Junior Academy Aspire structure, players may participate in either a Full-Time or Select Academy Part-Time pathway depending on their developmental goals, commitment level, and overall player needs. This flexible structure allows families to choose the environment that best supports their player’s growth while remaining connected to the club’s long-term developmental pathway.
Players train in a challenging and positive environment that emphasizes technical ability, confidence on the ball, decision-making, creativity, and overall soccer IQ. Teams participate in organized training sessions, competitive matches, friendlies, festivals, and developmental events throughout the year as part of the club’s player development model.
