Within the U13-U19 Academy structure, players may participate in either a Full-Time or Select Academy Part-Time pathway depending on their developmental goals, commitment level, and overall player needs. Teams compete in high-quality regional league play while also gaining opportunities to attend Regional and National Showcase events that provide increased exposure to college coaches, scouts, and higher-level pathways.

Girls Academy opportunities are available to select Fort Wayne United players through Fort Wayne Premier United, the club’s partnership with Indy Premier and the Girls Academy platform. Players within the Girls Academy Aspire program will be continuously evaluated throughout the season for opportunities to train, compete, and participate within the Girls Academy environment as part of their long-term development pathway.
