Tryouts
2024-25 Boys & Girls Supplemental Tryouts!
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tryout.
All players must bring a water bottle and a soccer ball for tryouts.
Check-in at the Plex South (5702 Engle Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804)
Tryouts will be held at the Plex South on Tuesday, Oct 29th in the Large Dome:
- 5:30pm-7pm for Girls born in 2012 to 2006.
- 7pm-8:30pm for Boys born in 2012 to 2006.
- For players born AFTER 2012 (2018 through 2013):
- Tryouts will be held on Friday, November 1st during a festival at the Plex South in the large dome from 6pm-9pm.

Welcome to the Fort Wayne United FC Tryout registration.
You must register online to be eligible to tryout
PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING
The GotSport software is the registration platform for Fort Wayne United FC.
First Time Users On The GotSport Platform
- If this is your first time using GotSport you will be required to create a New Account.
- When creating your New Account, use your own (parent/guardian) name and details as the primary information on the account, only add child(ren)'s information when asked for the player or registrant info.
- Your new login will be tied to your email address. You should use this account for all future registrations. DO NOT create duplicate accounts each season.
-Please enter player data carefully as this information is critical to processing your child's registration. FIRST AND LAST NAMES MUST BE THE LEGAL ONES EXACTLY AS THEY APPEAR ON THE PLAYER'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR PASSPORT (NO NICKNAMES).
-Also enter all contact information (emails, phone numbers) carefully. This system will be our primary method of communicating tryout changes due to weather AND team placement status with you.
Already Have An Account On the GotSport Platform?
- If you have previously created an account on the GotSport platform you should login with the same account. You will have the option to add any additional children to your account if required.

You will need a few things if you are accepted onto a team after tryouts:
1) Photo of your player (head shot)
2) Photo of your player's birth certificate
3) Photo of your player's medical release form (click here for a printable form)
